Depot Manager required for a new role in the Darlington area. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The Role
On a day-to-day basis you will manage the operations of a busy depot. This will include leading a high performing operational team of supervisors and engineers, managing the P & L and department costs in line with budget and ensuring the depot meets with SHEQ requirements.
Additionally, you will ensure the team are meeting their KPIs and that works programmes are being planned appropriately. You will ensure that all training is up to date, that all fleet is in good working order and compliant, deal with any customer complaints and maintain a high staff morale.
Working hours are 40 per week to be worked between 7am and 5pm, the salary is £50,000 per annum and the role also comes with a car too.
The Person
Previous experience of working within an industrial services related environment is ideal. Applicants must have plenty of experience of finance, sales & operations management, coupled with computer literacy and the ability to present to Board level. Top notch interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are key to the success of this role too.
Remuneration
£60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
