Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Assistant:
- Investigate and resolve accounts payable queries efficiently
- Prepare and manage the weekly payment run
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing ones
- Oversee supplier payments and ensure timely processing
- Handle card payments and employee expenses
- Report monthly and annual expenditure to department heads
- Provide essential support to the wider finance team
What We're Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and a proactive approach
- Exceptional communication skills
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel
