Description
- Manage the Accounts Payable function and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Prepare, review and analyse monthly reports related to Accounts Payable.
- Ensure that all payments are made in accordance with company policy.
- Resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with other departments and suppliers as necessary.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and records.
- Perform other duties as required.
Profile
- Substantial knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
- Proficiency in using finance software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be immediately available or on a 2-week notice period or less.
- Be able to be on-site in Wakefield.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary ranging from £24,000- £28,000.
