Salary: £25,000-£27,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Job Description

The role of CRA is to provide efficient and effective customer service & administration support to the Snr Client Relationship Manager (CRM) and Operations team to ensure the smooth delivery of jobs for our National Clients. The role requires excellent customer service skills as well as a positive 'can do' approach, ability to multi task, prioritise and problem solve, able to work on your own initiative and calmly under pressure.

Key Functions:

  • Internal call handling
  • National account dashboard management on our bespoke system, KMS
  • Quality checking of reports
  • Booking or assignment of appointments in utilising KMS
  • Data entry
  • General administrative support for CRM's

  • Positive, outgoing personality with can do attitude
  • Problem solver, multi tasker, finisher
  • High attention to detail and methodical approach
  • Ability to prioritise and change priorities at short notice
  • Very process orientated
  • An exceptional communicator both on a telephone, electronic and face to face

Key Accountabilities

First point of contact for all incoming calls

Handling enquiries to the satisfaction of the caller

Filtering calls to CRM or other member of staff

Check dashboard daily to ensure that all SLA requirements are met;

Elevate any issues related to late delivery of reports or un-booked appointments

Quality control of all reports completed by affiliates

Jobs to be booked in for head office clerk

Cover for jobs to be sourced / assigned to relevant affiliate or franchise office

Data entry of all works/purchase orders

Monitor 'orders' email and deal with queries

Refer landlord and new queries to CRM

Ad hoc general administration support for CRM as demand dictates
