We're on the hunt for a skilled Project Manager in the engineering space to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is based in Southampton, England, and offers a fantastic chance to make a significant impact.
Role Overview:
- Manage projects (< £5 Million) from quotation to commissioning and close-down.
- Ensure financial performance and project success.
- Lead a small project team with strong direction and ownership.
- Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and meet margin goals.
- Report project developments to stakeholders.
- Ensure tasks align with the organisation's standards and meet customer expectations.
- Deliver projects within scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
- Manage customer satisfaction and site activities, ensuring safety and KPI achievement.
- Handle Claim and Change Order Management.
- Perform Risk Management and capture Lessons Learned.
- Create Procurement plans with the supply chain.
Your Profile:
- Degree in engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, or chemical sectors.
- Project management education and methodology expertise.
- 3+ years as a commercial project manager.
- Skilled in legal, contractual matters, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
