Robertson Bell are once again partnering with an organisation in Central London who are recruiting a Temporary Assistant Accountant to join them for an initial 3 month contract with huge potential for a longer term role beyond that! The role offers hybrid working and will work closely with the Financial Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process supplier invoices, ensuring timely and correct entry into our financial system.
- Regularly reconcile supplier statements, resolving any discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately, and process BACS payments.
- Maintain and update the cashbook, ensuring all entries are precise and up-to-date.
Experience Required:
- OpenAccounts: Proficiency in OpenAccounts software is essential.
- Accounts Payable: Demonstrated experience in managing accounts payable processes.
- Bank Reconciliations: Proven ability to perform thorough and accurate bank reconciliations.
