About the job: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Finance Director to join a vibrant and dynamic team at a Secondary School in Southeast Essex. This full-time position involves overseeing the financial, estates and premises operations of the school, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources to support their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the school's budget and financial planning
-Oversee administrative functions, including estates, facilities management, and procurement
-Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and school policies
-Support the Headteacher and senior leadership team in strategic planning and decision-making
-Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders
