Service Delivery Administrator

ARC is a market-leading provider of EPOS and IT installation, support and maintenance services. We work in partnership with our customers installing and supporting some of the best known brands in hospitality, leisure, retail and healthcare. The ARC business model has always been based on customer delivery excellence.

We are looking for a highly organised administrator to be the central hub of our installations field team, based at our friendly offices in Finchampstead.

You will be primarily responsible for overseeing the scheduling of our team of engineers, communicating back to our customers, and updating project schedules/completions.

In addition you will...

  • Assist in answering incoming calls to the office phone
  • Receive and respond to incoming customer requests
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure successful and timely delivery of customer projects
  • Basic project management/co-ordination duties as required
  • Communicate as required with all parties to provide updates
  • Schedule engineers for Project works
  • Ensure all Worksheets, Surveys and RAMS are sent to engineers
  • Request POs from Customers and process accordingly
  • Provide written quotations to all customers on request
  • Provide general administration & operational assistance
  • Ensure all materials are ordered for work booked
  • Ensure all picklists are correct and sent to SLM in a timely manner

Ideally you will have worked in a team scheduling or help desk position previously, and have the following skills...

  • A practical approach to problem solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team when required
  • Sound knowledge and experience in use of usual IT applications (Outlook, Word, Excel Etc..)
  • Knowledge of IT and EPOS infrastructure and network infrastructures a benefit but not essential
  • Knowledge of IT and EPOS hardware and related peripherals a benefit but not essential

This role is based, full-time, from our offices in Finchampstead.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9-530, with a 1 hour lunch break (every so often a project may need some time critical input so we look for a reasonable level of flexibility).

4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
