HR Advisor
Nouvo recruitment are working with our amazing client based in Hertfordshire. They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their already successful HR department. Hybrid working - 2 Days from Home
What you'll do on a typical day:
- Provide quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations, including managing discipline, grievance matters and end to end support of the absence management process.
- Support the immediate and long-term needs of the site whilst delivering the HR Strategy and the site's people plan.
- Manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle (new starter process, current employment to termination of employment)
- Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and are implemented on a consisted basis across the site.
What you need to succeed:
- Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, with CIPD qualifications
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would really help you in this role - no two days will be the same and you will need the ability to think on your feet.
- A positive attitude is a MUST - we work hard, so we need to make sure we love the environment we work in and make sure these flows throughout our workforce.
