Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with vendors, acting as their dedicated partner to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and continued growth.
- Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end proposal process, from initial concept to completion. This includes aligning expectations, facilitating smooth communication, and delivering high-quality agreements on time.
- Maintain a clear and organised sales pipeline, tracking progress and identifying growth opportunities. Play an essential role in forecasting, reporting, and driving new business development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve ambitious volume targets, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
Experience and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with vendors and colleagues alike.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities effortlessly.
