Reception Administrator

Our clients, a successful commercial property company located in Hendon - NW4, are looking for an entry level candidate with min. 3 months' office experience to join their supportive team.

A newly created role, the team are looking for candidates eager to help with any admin tasks and act as the face of the company, answering phones and responding to any queries. Full training will be provided by the PA to the CEO.

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, reliable candidates willing to help out wherever required, keen to work as a Receptionist/Administrator.

Tasks include:

  • Answering phones and re-directing calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Filing
  • Mange office supplies
  • Supporting the wider team when needed
  • Ad hoc admin tasks

You will be:

  • Min 3 month office experience
  • Able to commute to Hendon, NW4
  • Familiar with Microsoft office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Confident, friendly, sunny personality
  • Educated to GCSE level minimum.
