Our client is a leading Legal 500 defendant insurance firm, that is based in Manchester city centre. It is currently looking to expand its Catastrophic/Serious Injury team with an Assistant Solicitor to help its partner dealing with large loss, complex and high value personal injury work.
Role:
- Working alongside Partners and Lead Solicitors on complex and high value RTA and EL/PL Catastrophic Injury claims.
- Interact and liaise with various insurers and other claims handlers at insurance clients
- Some requirements to assist with growing individual and Partners personal profile
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail to get best result for clients
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience of indemnity, liability and complex medical issues
- Strong file handling experience in a catastrophic injury environment with a willingness and interest to work alongside a Lead Solicitor/Partner on the most high value and complex claims
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Qualified Solicitor / CILEX
