Job Title: Helpdesk Engineer

Location: Rochester, Kent

Salary: DOE

Due to our client's growth, they are now looking to recruit a Helpdesk Engineer to join our team. The engineer will primarily be responsible for 2nd line technical support and will be required to visit client premises to provide on-site support when required.

Essential:

Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server

Experience of supporting Microsoft 365

Networking knowledge and experience

Full clean UK driving licence (for manual vehicle)

Candidate must pass DBS check

Nice to have:

Microsoft Professional Certification

Experience of deploying and managing Azure solutions

WatchGuard certification and experience

Experience of ConnectWise

Experience supporting Apple Macs

Create and manage scripts using PowerShell and Automate RMM tool

Management of hosted services for Web, Email and SQL databases
