2nd Line Engineer
Are you an experienced 2nd Line Engineer looking for an exciting new career opportunity? We are currently partnered with an IT services provider looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to work within their infrastructure function. Day to day responsibilities include providing support over the phone to customers and mentoring more junior members of the team
This role would be on a shift basis Monday-Friday and would be hybrid working with 2 days WFH and the rest based in their St Ives office
Experience
- Knowledge of Windows Server, networking and storage
- Proven Customer Service Skills
