Our client a facilities maintenance company based in South Kensington are looking for an organised and Facilities Coordinator to join their team.
This role is based in a critical environment, managing and coordinating all maintenance activities across diverse and complex building environments, including Data Centres, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory & Research, Higher Education, Student Accommodation, and Leisure Facilities.
Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Reactive Maintenance, Callouts, Planned Maintenance, Statutory Maintenance, and Additional Works.
- Work closely with the dedicated Smart Buildings Site Manager, Senior Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Operator.
- Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders to ensure job progress is transparently and accurately reported.
- Utilise the client's CAFM system to manage job tickets from initiation to completion, ensuring updates are promptly and accurately logged
Facilities Coordinator Specification:
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (Planon) and a good understanding of BEMS operations.
- You work well in a collaborative environment and can effectively coordinate with engineers and managers.
- Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Clear, effective communication is your forte. You can liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals committed to excellence.
