Administrator / Receptionist

Our client is a well established law firm with offices across Devon and Somerset offering a range of services to clients at an exceptional service level. They are seeking a candidate to work in their Chard office to provide reception and administration support. They promote a modern approach to caring for their employees, with the aim of building positive working relationships.

This is a full time, permanent position working 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, fully office based.

This role will support the professional services team with admin and client care services to a high standard, including;

  • Business support and office administration including archiving, scanning documents and sorting post
  • Secretarial duties including copying letters and corresponding to clients
  • Reception duties including answering telephone inquiries and meeting / greeting clients
  • Preparation of meeting rooms

They are ideally seeking a candidate that has previous experience in a similar role, that can be self motivate and has strong communication skills. Strong IT skills are required.
