About the Role
Join our client's prestigious Specialist Cars team in Cheltenham as a Diagnostic Technician. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail to work with some of the finest vehicles in the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring that each vehicle is serviced to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve issues in luxury vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and technical information systems.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both colleagues and customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised workspace, adhering to safety and quality best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry developments and technological advancements.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician in a main dealership, particularly with luxury vehicle brands.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in diagnostic tools and software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
