Description
- This international role involves providing legal advice across EMEA and ASPAC regions
- Providing legal advice on a range of commercial matters
- Drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements including: supply, purchase, agency, distribution, collaborations, confidentiality, consultancy, tenders, leases and internal
- Building internal relationships, offering ad hoc legal support to corporate functions, and ensuring compliance with business requirements
- Keep up to date with changes in industrial and manufacturing law.
Profile
The successful Commercial Solicitor should have:
- Ideally 5+ years PQE within a Commercial role
- Experience dealing within EMEA and ideally ASPAC
- Strong knowledge of contractual and commercial legal matters
- Ability to work independently and interact with various business areas
