Search are delighted to be partnering with a high growth services firm with an office based in Manchester city centre. Due to growth, they have a need for a Senior Finance Manager to join the organisation in a newly created role. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in working with various external stakeholders alongside a strong financial management skill-set.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for multiple revenue streams
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Work closely with external stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support for decision making
- Identify and manage financial risks
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective management of projects
- Prepare month end accounts
- Management of finance team (5 heads)
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
- £60,000 - £75,000
- Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 remote)
- Strong bonus - upto 20%
