**Do you have experience in a hands on Finance leadership position? Do you have experience of change management and M365 systems implementation?
If so, we are seeking a Global Head of Finance Operations to join our clients team on an interim basis.
In this position, you will lead the finance transformation programme, supporting the Finance Director and Accounts Payable Manager to manage the team and ensure process improvment across the business.
The role will pay up to 130k on an 18 month FTC, and will be based in the West End 5 days a week in the office.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Support Finance Director and wider team in delivery of financial processes and high value payments, including time sensitive treasury, sales and purchase payments.
- Directing preparation and delivery of reporting and helping ensure the accuracy of data for accounts payable and the general ledger.
- Assist with the management of finance transformation strategy, aligning it with the company's overall strategic objectives.
- Partner the Accounts Payable Manager to prepare the AP fuction for D365 implementation.
- Create a roadmap and highlight any potential issues with finance systems and processes post integration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and sanctions related matters regarding all payments and processes.
Role Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience working as a hands on Head of Finance Operations (or similar role)
- Experience managing a high volume + high value payments function
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a requirement.
- Experience of adding value to a business with relation to change management and systems implementation/integration
- Experience managing and developing a sizeable team.
