Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £23,795 - £24,835 + £50 per sleep-in + £2.50 extra per hour for overtime
Shift Rota: 1 on 2 off (8am - 8am sleep is 11pm - 7am)

This role involves supporting a young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a solo placement home, focusing on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to a young person with EBD.
- Engage in activities and build positive relationships to support the young person's growth and development.
- Help maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
- Collaborate with the team to implement individual care plans.

Requirements:
- Must be a driver with a full manual licence.
