- Position: Behaviour Mentor
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Greenwich
- Rates: £100 per day
Responsibilities for Behaviour Mentor:
- As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide crucial support to students in primary schools, helping to manage and improve their behaviour.
- Work closely with teachers and other school staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student's needs.
- Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to address behavioural challenges and promote positive outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with students, encouraging their personal and academic growth.
Requirements for Behaviour Mentor:
- Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various primary school settings.
- A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to process one through us to work.
