Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an IT Security Lead to join an expanding organisation in Exeter. The role is permanent, paying around £40,000 per annum, and is a hybrid opportunity
The Role:
- Lead teams in the development and installation of appropriate ICT security solutions
- Prepare for and manage security incidents and any recovery activity that results
- Establish, maintain and monitor appropriate service level, availability, configuration, capacity, change and release management processes for ICT security services
- Provide feedback to staff on performance, support development of them and their teams and undertake line management responsibilities
- Maintain engagement and act as a core member of the Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) process
- Maintain engagement and act as a key ICT liaison point into Operational / Business Continuity Department
The Person:

High levels of interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders across the business

ICT Security qualifications:

CISMP – Certificate in Information Security Management Principles, to be achieved within the first year of appointment, if not already held

CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional, to be achieved within the first two years of appointment, if not already held

Significant experience in the configuration and administration of ICT security solutions and services
