Are you a Freight Operator or similar with experience in Air Cargo, looking for an exciting and varied opportunity to work within a well-established international shipping-agent and freight forwarder, providing the opportunity to continually progress and develop your career?
The Freight Operator will be communicating with customers, Air Lines and Hauliers, arranging bookings, collections and completing custom entries and documentation's. Additionally, you will manage order form cradle to grave. Taking the initial enquiry and seeing it through to delivery making sure all stakeholders are informed.
This long-standing business has over 40 years of experience within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. Providing an outstanding service globally, with a huge overseas network of agents, ensuring extensive coverage worldwide and vast knowledge in all aspects of freight forwarding. They were recently bought by a multinational corporation giving the opportunity for excellent progression.
This role would suit an Freight Coordinator or similar, looking to join an ambitious company with clear goals for growth. This company can offer you excellent training and progression opportunities to become a highly successful individual.
You will be on call once a month. This comes with extra renumeration and call outs are rare.
The Role:
- Communicating with customers, hauliers and airlines
- Arranging bookings and collections
- Monday to Friday, 9-5pm
- On call once a moth 6pm-7am with rare call outs

- Commutable to Luton
