We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a Personal Assistant to the Director, manage weekly timesheets, and handle various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills.
Day to day of the role:
- Acting as a Personal Assistant to the Director, including handling letters, applications for payment, and organising flights.
- Collating weekly timesheets from site personnel for the Director's review.
- Performing data input on the Purchase Ledger.
- Maintaining details of a small fleet, arranging changes for DART, TFL, fuel, etc.
- Liaising with Site Supervisors for deliveries, training, and other needs.
- Assisting with the preparation of weekly wages.
- Attending to post and managing office consumables.
- Serving as the receptionist and office administrator, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong numeral and data entry skills
- Flexible and pragmatic
