Main Responsibilities as a Logistics Co-ordinator
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
- Coordinate the installation and deinstallation of products into retail stores.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and promote a customer-centric experience.
- Uphold the brand by delivering exemplary service.
- Escalate complex issues to management.
- Serve as a central point of contact for retailers and internal teams.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the delivery of the products to stores.
- Enhance departmental KPIs and the customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or customer service environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Experience in liaising with customers and collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Background in retail environments and executing sales strategies.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and understand the commercial implications of decisions.
