This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Boy's Academy!

In this role you will work on a causal basis to provide strength and conditioning coaching to our academy players by providing field and gym-based performance and recovery sessions. You will ensuring all coaching is in line with the club's strategic objectives and the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP). You will also be required to participate in key topic research to provide clinical based evidence for current and new strength and conditioning practices.

About you

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in the support and preparation of developing elite athletes, with specific expertise in Strength and Conditioning (including rehabilitation from injury). This role is as much about skill set as it is about the person. You must be someone that works well as part of a team and remains calm under pressure. It is essential that you hold an undergraduate degree in Sports Science or Strength & Conditioning and are UKSCA Accredited.
