Role: Resourcing Consultant
Type: Interim 6-12 months
Salary: £16ph Umbrella (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (multiple sites)
Location: Bristol

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Consultant for our Public Sector client.

Key responsibilities for the Resourcing Consultant are;

  • Providing a hiring manager and canddidates with a professional and efficient service, throughout the whole hiring process
  • Collaborate with the internal communications team and the recruitment advertising agency to support external brands, which may involve project managing a recruitment Microsite
  • Provide pertinent and useful scoring systems and assessment techniques
  • Oversee many entry points to the market, including CV searches and temporary hiring
  • Respect BCC's policies regarding hiring and selection to guarantee impartial and open hiring.

The Ideal candidate for the Resourcing Consultant will have;

  • Showcase your in-depth familiarity with and expertise with the entire hiring process
  • Extensive expertise in gathering hiring managers' requirements, analysing them, and creating workable, cost-effective recruitment solutions
  • Proven track record of collaborating with recruiting firms on all facets of hiring, including social media campaign management, advertising, and maintaining employer brands
  • Able to exhibit familiarity with and/or understanding of diversity and equality problems
  • Expertise in creating efficient evaluation tasks (such as scoring systems) for employment purposes, such as crafting interview questions, case studies, and hands-on training
  • Previous involvement with an applicant tracking system.
