WHAT YOU GET AS THE CREDIT CONTROL TEAM LEADER;
- Annual Salary of c £32,000 PLUS an Annual Bonus of 10%
- Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home - after probation

THE ROLE OF THE CREDIT CONTROL TEAM LEADER;
Will report to the Credit Control Team Leader and will provide day to day support in overseeing a team of Credit Controllers - this will include;
- Assisting with training
- Assist with planning of work load - assisting with escalated Credit Control issues
- Performance Reporting
You will then work as part of the team across;
- Daily Banking and Reconciliations
- Query Management and Resolution across the Suspense Account
- Key Client - Credit Control via Telephone and Email
- Agreeing Client Plans to recover the Debt
