Waddington Brown is partnering with our client to appoint a Reward Assistant to their team in Colchester for an initial 18-month fixed-term contract. As a crucial part of supporting the delivery of the firm's comprehensive reward strategy and programmes, your role will involve providing benefit programmes to both UK staff and global Partners, while also offering first-line advice and guidance on reward and benefits queries. The team offers hybrid working, with two days per week in Colchester and the rest of the week based wherever you work best, with occasional travel to their London office.

It's a busy role, so here is a flavour of the Reward Assistant activities you'll be working on:

  • Monitoring and responding to employee and partner benefit queries, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Maintaining and contributing to the continuous improvement of our online benefits portal, ensuring it remains user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Delivering benefit information accurately and punctually to payroll and vendors, facilitating smooth processing and administration.
  • Conducting thorough checks and reconciliations to guarantee the precise processing of information across various HR and vendor systems, maintaining data integrity.
  • Assisting in crucial annual reward processes, including the renewal of benefits for both UK staff and global Partners, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Taking ownership of reconciling vendor invoices and managing the partner benefit payment process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial procedures.
