Job Title: Site Supervisor
Pay Rate: £190 day rate
Location: Wakefield
Contract: Temporary, Full time
Job Description:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Monitor project progress and identify any issues or delays, taking proactive measures to address them and keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project requirements.
- Manage on-site personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues and ensure project objectives are met.
