Interim Accountant | Independent Creative Agency | London
Harmonic Finance are delighted to be working exclusively with a global creative agency to support them in their search for an Interim Accountant. This position shall initially run for 6 months with the expectation that it shall become a permanent role afterwards.

Our client is renowned for their collaborative and enjoyable work environment in the heart of London. They are excited to welcome a proactive problem solver to their team on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week in the office.
The Role:
Our client has an upcoming audit and systems implementation project that require a seasoned accountant to hit the ground running. You shall be responsible for preparing the audit materials and handling BAU transactional finance duties. You shall also have an oversight of the AP process, supporting the team with their invoicing needs. Once the audit is complete, you shall also be focusing on systems improvement and defining key markers to increase cost savings and efficiencies, alongside building out dashboards and timesheet platforms. This role requires someone hands on who is willing to get stuck into a fast -paced creative environment. This position will add immense value to the team, so there is a high likelihood of extension/permanence if you immerse yourself in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and managing supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments within timeframes
- Supporting audit process
- Managing the weekly payment run and approvals
- Reviewing VAT
- Administering purchase orders
- Updating the daily cash book
- Liaising with suppliers
- Supporting with ad-hoc projects
