Area Sales Manager / Mortgage Sales Manager
Liverpool / North West.
£55,000 Plus bonuses = OTE £80,000 per annum.
The Abode Group are actively looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager / Mortgage Sales Manager to run their mortgage advice team based in Liverpool and the North West. This position has arisen due to ongoing expansion.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating the mortgage advice team. You will also be actively involved in the recruitment, training and development of the Mortgage Advisers. This will include ongoing mentoring of advisers, coaching and regular 1-2-1's.
You will work closely with the Managing Director and key stakeholders. Ensuring the mortgage side of the group is run in an effective, professional and profitable manner.
You will have previous experience in running a team of mortgage advisers, will have given or still give mortgage advice and will posses CeMAP or equivalent.
There is a highly competitive package including a salary of up to £55,000 plus bonuses, giving an OTE of £80,000+ on offer to the right candidate.
