Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing customer calls
- Handling and resolving tickets and email queries
- Engaging in proactive problem-solving to support and retain customers
- Tracking customer orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints both verbally and through ticket
- Preparing and presenting reports on department performance
- Conducting analysis and reporting on courier, product, and service performance
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement improvements
- Handling miscellaneous administrative tasks as required to support the team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service is essential; performance reporting experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in using office software and reporting tools
