We are always looking for talented/aspiring Cover Supervisors to join our team and help us deliver high-quality education to learners of all ages and backgrounds, in different disciplines and levels.
The role itself would involve you covering for teachers during lessons through periods of absences such as sickness or annual leave. The lesson would be pre-planned and ready for you, you simply need to monitor the classroom and ensure students are engaging with the work that has been set for them. The roles would be set in a College environment with students aged 16-19 years old

The Cover Supervisor will have the following skills and qualifications, or be willing to work towards:
- Experience in working within education at either Secondary or post 16 level is essential
- Previous experience covering/teaching lessons independently is essential
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
- A good communicator, and above all else be a kind, understanding and resilient person.
