As a Senior Conference Producer, you will:
- Develop a growth-oriented product strategy and vision for physical defence related events
- Manage and increase event gross profit
- Research, coordinate, and deliver high-quality conference programs
- Act as the lead Project Manager for each conference/event
- Drive innovation and launch new defence-focused products
- Create project plans for the creation and delivery of each conference/event
- Structure conference/event programs to enhance interaction and sharing
- Drive event narrative, identify speakers, and industry experts
- Deliver in-person and on-site support (domestic and international travel)
The ideal Senior Conference Producer will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:
- A 2:1 Research-based degree
- 3+ years of experience in defence-based conference production
- Strong research and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, engaging, and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and freedom to travel
- Intellectually curious
- Effective collaboration skills
