Location: Poole

Salary: £24,460 (40 hour week) or £25,989 (42.5 hour week) hours are ideally 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri with 30 mins lunch

Aspire Jobs are working exclusively with our client who are a luxury brand and how are now seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their well-established business

Our award-winning client is rightly proud of their customer experience and as such attention to detail and organisation is pivotal to this role, ensuring customer satisfaction. This is not a customer-facing role, you will be dealing with all administrative tasks for 2/3 sales team members to provide all documentation in relation to sales of goods from point of purchase through to delivery.

You will have a min of 1 year's sales admin experience. If you have any experience from within the Automotive sector, then that would be beneficial, but is not essential. You will be a self-motivated and focused individual who prides yourself on your attention to detail.

The successful candidate will: -

  • Have excellent organisation and multitasking skills
  • Have excellent sales administration experience inc preparing quotes and setting up finance agreements
  • Be computer-literate including MS Excel, Word and Outlook as well as CRM systems
  • Have an approachable and friendly manner, even when working under pressure
  • Be assertive but polite
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a small team
  • Be a quick learner
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Be of immaculate appearance

Responsibilities

  • Administering the purchase of goods
  • Ordering new goods from the factory
  • Processing customer finance applications, from initial proposal to financial completion
  • Invoicing
  • Creation and management of digital handover packs
  • Activation of additional warranties and insurance policies.

This is a really busy company and role, and therefore you must be able to learn and adapt quickly. The ability to multitask is also essential
