Recruiting over 6,000 people a year is not without its challenges, and this is where the wonderful world of recruitment marketing and talent attraction comes into play.
Working hand in hand with the Talent Acquisition team and key stakeholders, you'll be the driving force behind our employer brand content strategy, shaping stories that inspire, and crafting content that attracts the best talent to Parkdean Resorts.
You'll be the powerhouse behind our digital presence, weaving together narratives across social media platforms and web to showcase what makes Parkdean Resorts not just a destination, but a home for career growth and fulfilment.
Some of the skills we're looking for.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English Literature or Language, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, social media marketing, or employer branding.
- Exceptional copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
