JSS HR are delighted to be on the lookout for an HR Business Partner to cover the South West Region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead on all operational People activity within the Region with support of wider Advisory team
- Lead on all complex ER matters and investigations
- Deliver training programmes
- Partner and build excellent relationships with senior managers/directors in the business
- Upskill line managers on people management capabilities
- Work with managers on talent and succession plans
- Push forward strategic HR agenda in the region
- Work closely with wider HR team and CoEs to ensure consistency across the board
Requirements:
- Proven track record in an HR BP role or similar
- Able to work at pace
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communicator
- Understanding of working in a Public Sector/Not for Profit environment would be beneficial but not essential.
