Our client is one of the UK's largest and fastest-growing distributors, providing products and services to a range of clients. This fantastic company is recruiting for a Renewals Specialist to join their team to look after the renewal process – from collating them to cross-selling. The Renewals Specialist role would be a great fit for a candidate from a fast-paced administrative background. Training will be provided.
Job Description:
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by managing the process of renewals from initiation to closure, and identifying opportunities to upsell
- Building ongoing relationships with customers to provide high levels of customer service
- Providing quotes to customers, ensuring transparency within the terms and prices, and owning the process of providing renewal quotes to relevant vendors
- The Renewals Specialist will provide, sell and negotiate renewals information, pricing, special offers and promotions to customers
- Plan outbound calls to customers to upsell multi-year contracts or upgrades
- Use of internal systems to generate upcoming renewals and ensure the system is accurate at all times to provide data for reporting and decision-making
- Forecast and commit details accurately after following up with resellers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and achieve KPIs to demonstrate the success of customer retention and revenue growth
For the warehouse Administrator role, it would be good to see candidates with the following :

Hours:
Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Salary:
£ 24,000 + £12k commission OTE
