Deltek VantagePoint System Consultant (6-Month Contract, Outside IR35)

  • Location: Fully Remote (UK working hours preferred)

Overview:
A leading consultancy is seeking a Deltek VantagePoint System Consultant to join a fast-growing team on a dynamic ERP optimisation project. This role will focus on enhancing and standardising the VantagePoint platform to support ongoing and future business integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide system support for data ETL (Extraction and Load) processes.
  • Optimise and streamline existing VantagePoint workflows and establish standard operating procedures.
  • Perform VantagePoint administration, including managing workflows, approvals, and notifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VantagePoint functionality.
  • Oversee change management, ensuring thorough testing, approval, and documentation.
  • Conduct quality assurance and training for system users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and IT.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Deltek VantagePoint, including technical and functional administration.
  • Strong background in Finance processes or experience working closely with Finance teams.
  • Proven experience managing VP implementations, data migrations, and ERP project lifecycle execution.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
