A leading provider of telecoms and IT managed services seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join its sales team. This role demands a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record in new business sales, preferably within the telecoms or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the telecoms and IT managed services market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong competitive drive.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
