Customer Services Advisor

Are you looking for a Customer Services Advisor role?

A number of clients are wishing to recruit a variety of short and long-term roles; these include temporary and fixed-term contracts, both hybrid and office based.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Receive and respond to incoming calls.
  • Review each separate issue.
  • Liaise with relevant departments involved.
  • Respond to customer service queries quickly and accurately.
  • Contact customers and external organisations to obtain information as required.
  • Notify customers of decisions.
  • Follow up diary messages.
  • Handle written and telephone customer complaints.
  • Provide support for other Operational areas as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations.
