Office Angels are recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator to join a growing company with great progression opportunities and benefits, based in Stockport. This is a great opportunity for someone to build a career.

Duties will include:

  • Ordering stock
  • Completing quotes
  • Adding new customer details to the system
  • Negotiating costs with suppliers
  • Sourcing new suppliers when relevant
  • Process invoices
  • Keep the wider team updated on delivery dates
  • Attend relevant meetings
  • Ensure all deadlines and SLAs are met
  • Build knowledge of the supply chain process and competitors

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous office and customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fantastic communication skills in writing and verbally
  • Excellent IT skills including ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Hard working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Desire to progress and grow
