- Confident dealing with customers via phone and via e-mail
- Process driven and highly organised
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoys working in a team
- Entering and tracking data and updating customers
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite-Excel, Word and Outlook
