Pertemps is delighted to offer an excellent opportunity within the London Borough of Harrow for a proactive and motivated Business Support Officer/Minute Taker to join the Adult Social Care team. This role provides a competitive pay rate of £15.39 PAYE per day. Additional benefits include accruing up to 28 days of holiday per year (including Bank Holidays) and the opportunity to apply for any internal permanent roles within Harrow Council.
Responsibilities:
Minute Taking: Demonstrated experience in taking accurate meeting minutes is essential.
Administrative Tasks: Handle a wide range of administrative duties efficiently.
Communication: Be the first point of contact for inquiries from the public and other staff members.
Microsoft Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the public sector.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Immediate availability preferred.
