HR Manager
Location: South West London - Onsite
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £43 per annum
Role Overview: Our client in the Education sector are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage all aspects of HR for our school. The role is HR Manager is to manage and lead the delivery of an effective and professional end to end HR service to all staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering end-to-end HR services
- Provide employment law and HR advice to senior leadership team delivering on the HR strategy
- Support in all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Manage recruitment, contracts, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and rewards
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Knowledge of Employee Relations, contracts and policies as well as payroll and Reward and Recognition
- Demonstrable experience as an HR generalist
- Strong communication and organizational skills
