I am currently working with a firm a firm who are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer on a locum basis. This will be a be a 6-month contract to cover a maternity leave.

About the role:
Responsibilities:
- Managing their own caseload
- Dealing with a mixed caseload of leasehold property sales and purchases
- Transfers of legal title
- Remortgages
- Experience in shared ownership would be advantageous.
What are they looking for?
- NQ-3 years PQE Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer
- You will be computer literate, client care focused
- Have good attention to detail
- Good business development skills
- Be professional
Working Style:
- 3 days a week in office
- Hybrid working style
- Rolling contract
