Calling all customer service gurus!
I am on the hunt for an experienced Customer Service Agent for a repeat client in Staines. My client is a dynamic and innovative provider of IT services, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that their clients receive top-notch support at all times and will be joining a young and vibrant team! This is a Monday-Friday position, working 40 hours per week with a 1 hour lunch break. Working hours are 9am-5pm.
Main duties:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.
- Interact with customers via email and live chat, maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and exceed customer expectations.
- Utilise strong written communication skills to correspond effectively with clients.
Key requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Familiarity with the tech, 1st line support or healthcare industries is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
