A Contracts Manager position has become available with our client, a rapidly expanding, award-winning, and industry-leading M&E design and build contractor, operating out of their head office in the Wirral. This job provides the opportunity for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join an expanding company and earn circa £60k, with 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and private medical care.
Our client has over 40 years' experience within the M&E industry, providing mechanical, electrical, civil, and renewables projects to a number of high-end commercial clients across the UK, and due to consistent expansion, they are looking to add another Electrical Contracts Manager to their team.
Contracts Manager Position Responsibilities
- Directly managing on-site teams from multiple disciplines including electrical, CCTV systems, Access Control, and Lightning Protection
- Providing technical support to both clients and on-site teams
- Maintaining client relationships and providing clients with details reports throughout the contract's implementation process
- Visiting both new and existing client sites to complete surveys and price additional works
Contracts Manager Position Requirements
- Strong background within the electrical industry, particularly within the commercial and industrial sector's
- Previous hands-on technical experience within the electrical industry, including a background as a fully qualified Electrician
- Knowledge of the initial survey and design stage of electrical installation projects/contracts desirable
- Based within a commutable distance of the Wirral
Contracts Position Remuneration
- Salary circa £60,000, depending on experience
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays
- Private medical cover
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
